Bristol Encounters International Film Festival 2011

A programme of shorts from Canada, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, USA, Germany and Holland. With one or two exceptions these films demonstrate how animation is a great way to tell stories visually; in ways that require little or no spoken language. From an exciting go-kart race to an eager beaver; an annoying pecking bird to a tooth fairy, this wonderful collection of short films shows us just how creative and funny animation can be.
