Join Jim Parkyn from Aardman Animations, as he shows you how to make a puppet that can be used in animation films. Jim will show his approach to sculpting and model making, giving you a special look at how some of our favourite characters such as Wallace & Gromit and Shaun the Sheep are made.
Jim Parkyn joined Aardman Animations in 2000 to work on ‘Chicken Run’. His credits include ‘Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were Rabbit’, ‘Shaun the Sheep’, ‘Rex the Runt’ and most recently Aardman’s latest exciting ‘The Pirates! In An Adventure with Scientists’ feature film which premieres in March 2012. This is a rare opportunity to observe and learn from a top animation industry professional so book early.
